Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. All orders taken from outside the UK will be subject to additional shipping charges, we will inform you of the exact amount payable before processing your order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Where applicable, If you think that the postage for your product has been calculated incorrectly, please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.
Please note that we reserve the right to amend postage costs if it transpires that the calculated postage is insufficient. On such occasions, we will not proceed with the transaction until you have approved the amended postage.
We aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days. Overseas orders are also generally received within 10 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call us on 01603 622900 and we can process your order manually.
If you prefer to send your card details separately, simply order on-line then select 'Details Sent Separately' and telephone 01603 622900 with your full card number ( the long one!), your name as it appears on the card and expiry date
We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. If your purchase is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Just contact us on 01603 622900 or email us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the event of a complaint, please telephone or email us. We will endeavour to handle all complaints quickly, effectively and fairly. Initial enquiries will be acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt and your case will be dealt with in absolute confidence.

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with an item you have purchased return the unopened product in MINT/RESALEABLE condition within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please read the returns policy (below) carefully, then contact us for a returns authorisation code and further instructions.
All packaging is checked prior to delivery but due to customers damaging packaging to claim free return delivery only items damaged in transit will be eligible for free returns, this will be arranged once the carrier has accepted responsibility. Please contact us before you open any damaged outer boxes as we may require these to be returned unopened for inspection.
We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods unless faulty. If you wish, we can arrange for unwanted items to be collected at our courier rate (we will advise you of this) and this will be deducted from your refund.
We will ONLY refund the credit/debit card used. No cheques will be issued at all unless the customer's initial payment was by cheque.
We will only refund the cost of any unwanted item, and not postage costs. No refunds will be made until the goods have been returned to us and we are happy that the above criteria have been met.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount, offer or free delivery, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/free delivery threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
