Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with an item you have purchased return the unopened product in MINT/RESALEABLE condition within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please read the returns policy (below) carefully, then contact us for a returns authorisation code and further instructions.
All packaging is checked prior to delivery but due to customers damaging packaging to claim free return delivery only items damaged in transit will be eligible for free returns, this will be arranged once the carrier has accepted responsibility. Please contact us before you open any damaged outer boxes as we may require these to be returned unopened for inspection.
We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods unless faulty. If you wish, we can arrange for unwanted items to be collected at our courier rate (we will advise you of this) and this will be deducted from your refund.
We will ONLY refund the credit/debit card used. No cheques will be issued at all unless the customer's initial payment was by cheque.
We will only refund the cost of any unwanted item, and not postage costs. No refunds will be made until the goods have been returned to us and we are happy that the above criteria have been met.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount, offer or free delivery, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/free delivery threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
